Mahadesh holds a bachelor’s degree and is currently devoted to digging his hands into anything on the farm. He is very meticulous and trustworthy and manages our accounts, bookkeeping, all paperwork and general supervision of the farm. Always enthusiastic about learning new things, he is also our tractor man, photographer and driver.

Currently he is maintaining all the information of the 1000 Tree Project work and facilitating the meetings with the farmers and the Swayyam team. Being a local he has a better rapport with the farmers and makes it so much easier to move forward.
