Experienced leader with 30+ years in IT industry including leading a global team at Hewlett Packard, a fortune 100 company. He retired as Vice President having managed an organization of 3000+ employees spread over five large global locations. His key strengths are scaling operations, change management, people management, process & workflow, and operational excellence.

Arun is focused on mentoring leaders for start up’s and development sector. His recent engagement as a consultant included working with a NGO focused on building the next generation of citizens who are problem solvers for urban environment issues. 

He and his wife Meera sponsored the first tree planting on the first acre of the 1000 Tree Project. They have joined the team to help navigate our growth into the next phase. Toward that end, they are also donating funds for a portion of the Swayyam Community Center land.
