Maadesh is a double bachelor and a teacher by profession, but he was forced to take up a job outside of his state to clear his family’s farming loans. He is a man of few words and fills in any role seamlessly. His passion and deep interest in farming work is evident in his care for the cows and field work. He ploughs our fields at Open Shell Farm using the bullocks, and he also maintains the records for the nursery and the seed bank. 

He joined us in March 2021, coming from the neighbouring village of Jakkahalli.
